We are currently seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician with expertise in carpentry, painting, and flooring to join our team and help maintain our clients’ facilities at the highest standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Carpentry: Perform repairs, installations, and maintenance of doors, cabinets, trim, and other wood structures.
• Painting: Prepare surfaces, apply paints and finishes, and ensure a high-quality, professional appearance in interior and exterior areas.
• Flooring: Install, repair, and maintain various flooring types, including tile, vinyl, carpet, and hardwood.
• Inspect buildings for necessary repairs and complete work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist in general maintenance tasks, including drywall repairs, patching, and minor plumbing or electrical fixes.
• Follow safety guidelines and ensure compliance with building codes.
• Maintain an organized workspace and properly store tools and materials.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team and communicate any issues to the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proven experience in carpentry, painting, and flooring installation/repair.
• Ability to work with hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and work on ladders when needed.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and building codes.
• Excellent time management and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (preferred).
