Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate janitorial staff across multiple client sites.
• Train and support cleaning staff to ensure compliance with company standards and safety regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections to maintain cleanliness and service quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients to address needs, concerns, and special requests.
• Schedule and assign cleaning tasks, ensuring proper coverage at all locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate supply orders as needed.
• Handle employee performance evaluations, coaching, and disciplinary actions.
• Report any maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, or safety hazards.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and workplace safety procedures.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and [Second Language (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.)] required.
• Previous supervisory experience in janitorial or facility maintenance is preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple locations effectively.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety practices.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (required for route supervision).
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
